⏰ 48-Hour Rule:
No cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule inside that window, you will be charged 25% of the originally scheduled service.
📅 Need to Reschedule?
If you reschedule within 48 hours, you will be charged 25% of the originally scheduled service.
🚫 No-Show = Full Charge
If you no-show, you’ll be charged 100% of the service booked. If your card declines, an additional $50 fee will be due before you can rebook.
⏳ Unpaid Fees = No Future Bookings
If goes 24 hours without communication from you, booking privileges will be suspended until the balance is cleared.
